CHILD SUPPORT

A father has a right to challenge any and all child custody and support cases; and it is usually in his best issues to do so. Naturally, there are several areas of concern in regards to the rights of a father in child support cases that need to be addressed as soon as possible. First and primary, father naturally have to pay far more ‘child support’ than what is truly required for the child. While it is a child duty, as long as the father can provide the basics for a child, the support obligation is officially met. Now what constitutes ‘the basics’? Well, every child needs to have sufficient clothing, food, and shelter.

SEPERATION

You may find your divorce relatively tranquil, if you are undergoing a completely harmonious separation or divorce, where there are no children involved, and there is complete agreement on both sides regarding the division of assets. However, where there are disputes concerning child custody or support, spousal support and/or the division of assets, separation and divorce are likely to be tremendously tense events. In addition to the stress regarding the resolution of the above issues, there may also be stress manifested from other factors which may come into play: your extended family may be conflicted over the situation, your own friends may feel painful with you in familiar social settings, your financial situation may become unstable and so on.
