Will Execution

What is Will Execution?
A will execution is a formal ceremony which is conducted by family lawyer or testator (the one whose will it is) to apprise all his or her family members and other individuals that what the will reflects. Normally, the will statements are pronounced by a lawyer in less formal style so that every common person participating in will ceremony could understands.

When it is held?
Will ceremony is held after family lawyers, testator (and whose will it is), have properly checked and approved it correct and feasible.

What happens in the ceremony?
Here testator is asked a number of questions in presence of all will execution participants, and he or she gives their answer. In this way, each of will statement is clear and verified by testator and all listen to it. In this way, all people understand and agree to what is in the will. After testator’s death, there will be no controversy if will execution is deliberated properly in the presence of all.
After question session, the testator is asked to sign the will. He or she signs it and it is all approved now.

Note:
Will is not the solution, always hold will execution ceremony in presence of all who are mentioned in your will. This will save your eternal piece and your property after death.
